How do I install the application?

Please go to http://www.mimedia.com/plans/ and click “Sign Up Now" button for your preferred plan. Complete the account sign-up form and click on "Sign Up" button to submit your information.

As soon as you click a "Download/Install" request appears. The installation process will provide a series of on-screen prompts that will guide you through the process.

Alternatively you can visit the MiMedia Download page at http://www.mimedia.com/download/ and click the "Download" button. If you do not have a MiMedia Account you will asked to create one during the Download/Install process.

Once the program is downloaded, click on the download to run the installer and follow the directions to install. Once the program is installed on your computer, click on the program to set it up and follow the instructions provided. 

Be sure to connect all drives and devices that you want MiMedia to backup during the initial backup.
