How do I use the Shuttle Drive™? |

Answer When you receive the Shuttle Drive box in the mail, carefully tear off the perforated strip. The box is resealable, and will be reused when sending your Shuttle Drive back to MiMedia. After opening the box, connect the Shuttle Drive to your computer by following the instructions on the back of the Shuttle Drive. Upon connecting the Shuttle Drive, the transfer application will automatically launch. You will be prompted to connect any external or flash/thumb drives that you elected to have MiMedia backup. After these drives are connected, click “Start” to begin the Shuttle Drive transfer process. The program will now transfer your files to the Shuttle Drive. You do not have to take any action at this time, the program will let you know when it has completed. Click “OK” to complete the Shuttle Drive transfer program. When finished, disconnect the Shuttle Drive from your computer and place it, along with the USB cable, back in the box. Before closing the box, affix the return label to the top of the box, on top of the original label. To close the box, first peel back the adhesive strip on the front flap, and firmly press the flap to the front of the box. Check that the flap is sealed tightly.
